Prowlarr

All your trackers, in one place.

Overview

Prowlarr is the conductor of your *arr ecosystem: a centralized manager of indexers (BitTorrent and Usenet trackers). Instead of configuring your trackers in Radarr, then again in Sonarr, then in Lidarr, you add them ONCE in Prowlarr which shares them automatically.

Prowlarr supports hundreds of public and private indexers via the Torznab and Newznab protocols. It handles authentication, cookies, captchas, usage statistics per tracker, and keeps complete visibility on which tracker gave what.

Result: when you change a tracker parameter, you do it in one place. When you add a new tracker, Radarr and Sonarr see it immediately. Essential as soon as you manage more than 2 or 3 trackers.

Frequently asked questions

Do I still need to configure my trackers in Radarr/Sonarr? expand_more
No. Once Prowlarr is installed and your trackers added, they are automatically synced to Radarr and Sonarr via API. You can even remove the old direct trackers in Radarr/Sonarr.
Does it support private trackers? expand_more
Yes, both via standard authentication (user/password) and via cookies for trackers that don't expose an API. Cookies are configured once in Prowlarr.
Can Prowlarr work without Radarr/Sonarr? expand_more
Yes. Prowlarr offers manual search directly in its interface, and exposes a Torznab endpoint for any compatible application. However, it takes full meaning with *arr.
